Salary Survey Software
ERI's Salary Assessor® software provides salary survey data for more than 5,000 position titles in the United States, Canada, and Europe. This salary survey database lets you make an unlimited number of salary comparison reports in-house. You can personalize these reports with your organization’s data.
Here’s how: Input the position title of the employee. Then input your organization’s location, industry, size in revenue, and salary planning date. You’ll instantly receive base salary, bonus and total compensation composite survey data for this job.
Salary Ranges
These salary survey comparison reports provide you data in salary ranges. You can use these salary ranges to pay for performance, by paying above the median rate (for example, the 80th percentile) for top-performing employees, and paying below the median rate for lower-performing employees. Or you can use the salary ranges to pay consistently for all positions based on your company’s salary increase strategy.
For example: A start-up company with limited funds might wish to pay below the median market levels, at the 25th percentile, while they get up and running. An established organization that needs to recruit new talent and reduce turnover might wish to pay all employees at the 75th percentile of competitive labor market rates.
This salary survey software makes determining salary ranges easy. Salary comparison tables are displayed and printed according to your user specifications. This salary data may be ranked, sorted, saved, loaded, and written to printers or files.

The salary comparisons provided are based upon your input for geographic area. This salary survey software provides salary data for nearly 300 metro areas in the United States and Canada. You can increase this to nearly 7,000 areas when you also subscribe to ERI’s Geographic Assessor® software. This labor cost software provides geographic wage differentials to help you set fair and competitive branch office salary structures.
