Job and Compensation Analyst (JCA) Notes:

This course is written for the business professional who must help staff an organization. The advent and growth of the Internet has created a new paradigm for organizations. Traditional recruiters, newspapers and referrals are being overtaken by this new technology that increasingly is capturing market share with the ease and availability of its data retrieval. The HR professional must understand how the Internet works, how online recruiting operates and the potential for abuse(s). It is in this latter area where one’s client list, internal professional telephone and personnel lists, and other privileged information are vulnerable.
